Refrigerators, washers, dryers and ovens

Moving large appliance

We are well-versed in the problems that can arise when moving major appliances like refrigerators. They are heavy, tall, they can leak, and be destructive if handled badly. If you need to move your fridge, be certain that you are in the right place.

Prepare your appliances

Always empty your appliances, remove food from fridge, flash water from washer, disconnect water lines and turn it off at least on hour prior its move. We will also make sure if certain components should be removed. Please note, we don't and we can't connect your appliances. We move and deliver. Oven connecting to a gas line, fridge connecting to a water line is not our set of duties, unless it is a task which is well thought for the owner to handle without professional to be hired.

Space and surroundings

New appliances such as refrigerator models are quite big and getting bigger. Often the door ways are not wide enough to let the fridge in or out. The solution which usually works is to remove fridge door(s). But we advise to make sure to measure your surroundings and that your fridge fits stair cases and the door ways. Unfortunately we won't be able to do the job if limited space is an issue for a safe moving.

Extra help

You are welcome to hire one moving professional to handle your appliance unit. Agent is trained and will come with moving tools but please note, depending on your settings be that narrow hallway or stair case, your assistance may be and will be required. If you are not sure that you can help, please add additional person in the booking form.
